Budget Golf will refund returned merchandise purchased through our website within 30 days of product receipt. Returns are to be accompanied by the original sales receipt and in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. If you need to Return an item and you are not the original purchaser, you will be given a BudgetGolf.com gift card or we will credit the purchaser’s credit card for the return.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are returning a pair of shoes for credit you must include the original shoe box and they must be shipped in an additional outer box or wrapping. DO

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If you choose not to use our shipping service for returns we can accept shipments via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We recommend that you insure the item(s) when shipping.

The only used products that Budget Golf will accept returns for are products that are covered under the 30 Day Test Drive. Click Here For 30 Day Test Drive Details. Product that is returned to Budget Golf in used condition, other than 30 Day test drive items, will be shipped back to the customer. Retroactive shipping charges: If your original order qualified for FREE shipping and you return items from that order, you will be credited for the goods returned (minus) the $7.99 UPS Flat Rate Shipping Charge.
Please Note: All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor. All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period Budget Golf will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation. Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the problem. We will have to send the defective product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and that process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete.
Because our process is completely automated and we ship your order the same day you place it, once we receive your payment we simply cannot add, subtract, change or cancel your order.
