Nike Victory Red Cast V-Rev Wedge

Finally, Nike has released a wedge that conforms to the new USGA Groove Rule.  The new Victory Red V-Rev Wedge is a cast wedge offered in a wide variety of lofts and two finishes.  The V-Rev features Nike’s patented Dual Sole design design for maximum versatility in a wide variety of turf conditions.  The compact low profile head shape is reminiscent of the Cleveland 588 wedges however they are a nit smaller and and leading edge is not as cambered.  For durability, Nike decided to cast these wedges instead of forging them. Victory Red Irons help the Red, White, and Blue win the Ryder Cup!!

I have just been able to see the Nike Victory Red Forged TW Blades for the 2009 product line. Some of you may have noticed Paul Casey using these to help the United States win the Ryder Cup. (more…)
