BudgetGolf.com  is pleased to announce that we were recently ranked as “Excellent” in Customer Satisfaction by STELLAService! STELLAService is an independent, third-party company that rates the performance of online stores. They are the nation’s leading customer service ranking company and employ the most comprehensive evaluation methodology ever created. Here is how they describe their process. 

“Our in-depth evaluations are designed around you [the consumer] and your [the consumers] shopping experience. To find out what that experience may be with a given retailer, our team goes shopping. We navigate sites, we conduct usability tests, we order and return products and we engage in over a dozen interactions with each company’s customer service representatives via phone, email and live chat. BudgetGolf.com was anonymously chosen late last year and was unaware that STELLAService was conducting this evaluation. We were excited to discover that they had ranked us as “Excellent” which means that our customers can order from us with confidence and expect the highest levels of service and performance.
