The IZZO Swami does require a yearly subscription but over the long haul will cost you much less than any other GPS unit on the market. I like the fact that the IZZO Swami is small enough to fit in your pocket and has a very strong case that will protect it from any damage. The IZZO Swami gives you distance to the center of the green and how far you hit each shot. This isn’t a GPS unit that will give you an overload of information but will give the average golfer enough leg up to beat his or her weekly playing partner.
