PING is a family-owned company founded in 1959 in the garage of Karsten Solheim. Karsten’s frustration with his putting inspired him to design a putter, which made a “pinging” sound when striking a golf ball. Today, PING is synonymous with innovation, quality and service in the world of golf.

An emphasis on speed with no sacrifice in performance sets the new G30 drivers apart. To generate faster clubhead speed and ball velocity for longer drives, turbulators were engineered onto the crown of the 460cc head. Proven in wind-tunnel testing to reduce aerodynamic drag and create efficient airflow, the added speed from the turbulators provides measurable distance gains for all skill levels. At address, they create a captured appearance with the ball and assist with alignment and inspiration.

The G30 driver’s CG position is the lowest and farthest back of any PING model, ensuring optimal launch conditions and an even higher MOI in both axes for extreme forgiveness and maximum energy transfer. A new high-strength, lightweight T9S titanium face is thinner and hotter to optimize face deflection for faster ball speeds and longer drives.
Another source of power is the TFC 419D high-balance-point shaft. The CG is closer to the grip end, allowing for a heavier head, which increases the MOI and contributes to the extremely low CG. The result is more energy, momentum and inertia for greater distance with accuracy.

The adjustable hosel has the same mass and outer diameter as our fixed hosels, providing the benefits of adjustability with no sacrifice in performance. Our Trajectory Tuning+ Technology allows you to optimize your ball flight by increasing or reducing loft in intervals of 6/10ths of a degree and one full degree, to maximize distance and control.

5-Setting Adjustability
To optimize the performance of your driver and maximize carry distance and roll out, you can fine-tune launch angle and spin by adding or subtracting up to 1 degree of loft prior to your round. Settings are standard, +0.6°, +1°, -0.6°, or -1°.

Increased ball speed is achieved through a hotter face without sacrificing high launch or consistency. The face is engineered using Carpenter 475 steel, a material 44 percent stronger than 17-4 stainless steel. The added strength allowed us to create a thin, uniform-thickness face for maximizing deflection to increase ball speed and distance.
Turbulators crafted onto the crown create a captured appearance that assists with aim and provides confidence. The face profile provides an inspirational appearance while increasing its height for additional face bending and forgiveness. A low and deep CG in the 3-wood promotes high launch with optimal spin. The CG progresses more forward and lower in the 5- and 7-woods to keep launch angle and spin uniquely optimized for distance and control in each clubhead.
A new addition to the G family of fairway woods, the lightweight hosel design is engineered with the same mass and outer diameter as our fixed hosels to unlock the benefits of adjustability without sacrificing performance. It offers the ability to add or subtract up to 1 degree of loft to optimize launch angle and spin rate. Settings are standard, +0.6°, +1°, -0.6°, and -1°. A high-balance-point TFC 419F shaft has a CG that’s closer to the grip end, creating a simultaneous increase in energy, momentum and inertia for faster ball speeds and greater distance. The charcoal, non-glare matte finish eliminates reflections to improve focus.

Designing a hotter, more forgiving face for generating distance with control was the inspiration behind the G30 fairway woods. A strong, uniform-thickness Carpenter 475 face maximizes deflection to increase ball speed and generate distance. The face is also taller for additional face bending and forgiveness. Crown turbulators help with aim and confidence. And with five settings, you can add or subtract up to 1 degree of loft to optimize trajectories.
Hot Face
Faster ball speeds and greater distance come from a larger face made of a uniform-thickness Carpenter 475 steel, creating a thin but strong hitting surface that maximizes face deflection. (Carpenter 475 steel is 44% stronger than 17-4 stainless steel.) Weight saved by thinning the face was redistributed to optimize the CG and elevate MOI for added forgiveness.
Larger Face
The face is taller to allow for additional face bending that generates ball speed and distance while also increasing the MOI for improved forgiveness and accuracy. The flatter top rail provides a square, more inspirational appearance at address for greater confidence.

Custom engineering produces faster ball speeds and longer distance with a higher maximum shot height so you have the stopping power to hold greens, giving you the confidence to attack pins. To increase face deflection and ball speed for adding distance with a higher peak trajectory, the 17-4 stainless steel face was optimized with a special heat-treatment process, making it thin but strong. The result is more distance with the steeper landing angle you need to hold shots on the green.
The G30 hybrids benefit from performance-engineered internal weight pads. Heel-toe weighting elevates MOI and forgiveness. Weight in the low sole creates a low-back CG for consistent impact and helps you launch the ball high and on target. In the lower-lofted hybrids, the CG is farther back to promote high launch. A lower, more forward CG through the mid- and higher-lofted models reduces spin. Progressive CG locations and offsets ensure efficient gapping and trajectories that maximize distance.
To inspire confidence, the hybrids’ top rail is flatter and the heel section is higher, providing a very square face at address that helps with aim and alignment consistency. The high-balance-point TFC 419H shaft allows for a slightly heavier head weight, which increases MOI for greater forgiveness and improved accuracy. A matte charcoal finish reduces glare to help you focus.

The 460cc G30 LS Tec driver is a good fit for anyone seeking low, stable spin with an industry-leading MOI for long, accurate drives. The CG is back and extremely low (slightly forward of the standard G30 driver) to generate approximately 400 rpm less spin while maintaining a high MOI for exceptional flight control and distance on off-center performance.
Turbulators on the crown of the Ti 8-1-1 head reduce aerodynamic drag on the downswing, helping to increase clubhead speed and ball velocity for gaining distance. A thin face made of a cutting-edge T9S titanium alloy maximizes deflection to increase ball velocity and distance with a high MOI while providing a deep, powerful sound. T9S offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio, allowing weight savings to be re-allocated to optimize the CG and increase forgiveness for improved accuracy.

Using Trajectory Tuning+ Technology, the 9° and 10.5° loft can be added or subtracted 1° for fine-tuning trajectory. Settings are Standard, +0.6°, +1°, -0.6°, and -1°. The TFC 419D high-balance-point shaft has a CG closer to the grip end, promoting a simultaneous increase in the clubhead’s energy, momentum and inertia.

Sole Weight
The SF Tec (Straight Flight Technology) head is custom-engineered for players whose tee shots typically end up right of their intended target. The combination of a sole weight positioned closer to the heel and a lighter swing weight promotes a right-to-left ball flight to help you hit more fairways. Available in 10° and 12°.
