Cleveland has just launched their new product for line 2010 and so far, things are looking good. The new CG15 Satin Chrome wedge has a classic tear-drop shape and depending on the loft and bounce option you choose, there are different sole grinds that help reduce turf interaction and offers players more shot options in and around the green. The face of the wedge is laser milled to ensure consistency and it also roughens up the face to the legal limit between the grooves to optimize ball-to-face friction to maximize spin. The Cg15 also features Cleveland’s patented Zip Groove Technology for maximized spin and improved contact. The Satin Chrome finish helps reduce glare and since the finish is very thin, it makes the club a bit softer than a standard chrome finished wedge. If you are in the market for new wedges, I would seriously consider the Cleveland CG15 Satin Chrome wedges.
