Return Policy

Budget Golf will refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt and in new, unused condition. If you need to Return an item and you are not the original purchaser, you will be given a gift card or we will credit the purchasers credit card for the return.

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. All returned Items are subject to a $5 Processing Fee. If you place a new order you will not be charged  a processing fee. If you are returning a pair of shoes for credit you must include the original shoe box and they must be shipped in an additional outer box or wrapping. Shipments will be refused for all shoes returned without the original shoe box. Special Order items, Custom Orders and Media (e.g. books, video, software, Electronics, etc.) are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

We do not accept exchanges as our inventory changes daily. We will waive the $5.00 processing fee if you place another order and return your original order.

All Returns MUST accompany the above form.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Retroactive shipping charges: If your original order qualified for FREE shipping and you return items from that order, you will be credited for the goods returned (minus) the $7.99 UPS Flat Rate Shipping Charge.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, ELECTRONICS, and MEDIA (e.g. books, video, software, etc.) are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

Please Note: All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor.

All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period Budget Golf will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the problem. We will have to send the defective product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and that process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete.


Because our process is completely automated and we ship your order the same day you place it, once we receive your payment we simply cannot add, subtract, change or cancel your order.
