Return Policy

Budget Golf will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt and in new, unused condition. If you need to Return an item and you are not the original purchaser, you will be given a BudgetGolf.com gift card or we will credit the purchasers credit card for the return.

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. All Closeout Items are subject to a 20% Re-Stocking Fee. (Closeout Items are signified by the price ending in .96 example $29.96) If you are returning a pair of shoes for credit or exchange you must include the original shoe box and must be shipped in an additional outer box or wrapping. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all shoes returned with out the original shoe box. Special Order items, Custom Orders and Media (e.g. books, video, software, Electronics, etc.) are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Retroactive shipping charges: If your original order qualified for FREE shipping and you return items from that order, you will be credited for the goods returned (minus) the $9.99 UPS Flat Rate Shipping Charge.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, ELECTRONICS, and MEDIA (e.g. books, video, software, etc.) are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

Please Note: All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor.

All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period Budget Golf will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the problem. We will have to send the defective product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and that process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete.

Shipping Information

Most orders ship the same day if the order is placed by 2:00 pm Central Standard time. Some products that we are out of stock in, are drop shipped (shipped directly from the manufacturer.) to you. If you place a order that we are out of stock, we will contact you to let you know that the manufacturer will be shipping that order. Please note: If you place your order after 2pm CST Mon-Friday the first day of transit will start 2 days after (not including weekends or holidays).  Saturday and Sunday are not to be counted towards days of delivery.

FREE Shipping Details

Any Order that qualifies for FREE Shipping (over $100) can only be sent to the lower 48 States, and will be shipped via UPS Ground Service

$9.99 Flat Rate Shipping Details

A $9.99 Flat Rate shipping fee will be charged to all orders less than $100. $9.99 UPS Ground shipping discount is not applicable to previous orders or EBay auctions. Only 1 (one) $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping is applicable for each order less than $100. The $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping charge is only valid to the lower 48 States. Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories are extra. Please call for an accurate shipping quote.

International Shipping Details

International shipping rates are dependent upon the dimensional weight, declared value, and destination of the shipment. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties and taxes at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Broker fees are included in the cost of shipping excluding UPS Standard to Canada.

Refusal of Delivery/Shipment

Any refused delivery will be charged a re-routing fee that is determined by UPS. This charge will be deducted from your refund.

PO Boxes
We apologize for any inconvenience, but UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

APO Shipments
We support our troops but are currently unable to ship to APO addresses. Your order can be shipped to physical US address with no problems.
